My First Thanksgiving

There is so much to be Thankful for!

We started out Thanksgiving day by doing a memorial run.

I was bundled up and ready to go at the starting line

By the 3rd mile things started to get rough so De De offered to carry me...

After we crossed the finish line I explored a post race banana...

Then we headed to my Aunt Marybeths and Uncle Eds house where I got to play with my cousins

We all checked each other out...

Then we had a Turkey dinner... this is me with the drumstick!

After that we got to spend some cozy family time at Poppy & De De's house. We did venture out to pick out Christmas trees though....

I learned how to blow raspberries. I was frustrated at first trying so hard but then got the hang of it!

Then on Saturday my friend Owen was Baptised. I was concerned he was a little sad at the church...

But we had a great time together at the after party!

My man Owen knows how to throw a party! This is me getting down on the dance floor!

Finally we ended the long weekend by decorating our Chirstmas tree...

It's going to be a such great Holiday season!

Half a Year Old!!!

I turned 6 months old this week!

I am a Lean & Mean 16.2 lbs & 27.25 inches...

Some develpoments from this month:

I can almost sit  ( for a few seconds at least!)

I get a little help leaning on my toys... this tastes interesting...

I have the cutest smirk & smile with my eyes like my Daddy.

For some reason I sleep with my butt in the air and my ankles crossed...

The pulling of Gussie's hair has begun. He does not look pleased with this.

I am very social and always smile at and reach for my friends!

I love play dates, this is me and my buddy Grey...

I like to fall asleep on Mommys chest.

And get very happy when Daddy comes come from work...

I like playing games with Daddy before bed.  Especially the game where we cover my eyes!

I have grown so much in 6 Months!

Gramps & Nanna Visit / On my way to being mobile!

My Gramps & Nanna came to visit me this weekend.  Gramps came all the way from Kazakhstan! He thinks I have gown so much!

We all went to a beer garden by my house. Does anyone realize this beer is almost the size of me!?

After that everyone came over for dinner. I joined in the action by pretending to eat my bannanas.

The next day I took my first subway ride in New York City.

We had a great time going out to brunch.

Then we played in Gramps & Nanna's hotel room.

After that I went to a Marathon party for my friend Shawn. I was able to beat day light savings time by staying awake at the bar!

The next day everyone came back to my house to play.

Gussie wanted some attention from Aunt Sarah too!

It was a great visit!

In other breaking news... Mommy noticed this week that I could roll to get things I want!

After that she left me on the play mat and turned around for one second and found me under the ottoman!

This is going to be trouble!

Halloween - So Many Celebrations!

My First Halloween was awesome! I got to dress up as my brother Gus!

First there was a party at my Music class and De De Poppy & Auntie Reese got to come see me in action!

Daddy suprised us and met us there too!!

Music class is so much fun!

After class we all went out to a Halloween lunch. 

Me and Poppy like yelling at each other.  He is so silly!

Then over the weekend we had a little party at my house so all my friends could come over. I must say, I think we are a pretty cute bunch!

On Halloween day Mommy took me to walk in a parade!

I think I like this holiday!
