A Wonderful Time of the Year!

Ho Ho Ho!  I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!

I had a week filled with celebrations!

First, we had Dennis Family Christmas at my new house.

Now that we have the space everyone can come and stay over for a few days!

I got to spend some quality time with Gramps...

And Nanna!  ( I loved playing "beanie in a box" with her!)

Then on Christmas eve we went to Poppy & De's for a big party.  ( excuse me in this shot I was a little antsy after church.)

I enjoyed some good dinner conversation with my cousin Kate.

Later all the cousins lined up and Santa appeared at the top of the stairs! ( Notice the shock in my eyes)
Yeah right Ma... Ho Ho?!
I am so out of here!

After I waved Bye Bye to Santa it was time for bed.

I rested as the party continued.

Boys outside....
                                                               Girls Inside....

The next morning I woke up at my house and Santa had left toys!!!

I was so excited when I came downstairs and saw Elmo!

After that more family came over, with more presents, for another dinner and more celebration!

We exchanged gifts by the fire.

Even Gus got a treat!

After all the action I enjoyed relaxing in my new chair with a good book.

It was a great Holiday!

Animals!

I just needed to quickly proclaim my new found love for Animals...

I am so proud that I am learning about all the noises they make!

Last week while Mama got ready for Christmas De De even took me on a special trip to Petco (a Zoo in my eyes!)

I was in awe of the "Phhhish"!

Gusty Family Christmas & A Visit with Santa

I have really been getting in the Christmas Spirit!

I spent last weekend at Poppy & De De's for our annual Gusty Family Christmas celebration!

I got to hang out in the new room they made for me there. Thanks Poppy... Hold my hand while I watch my show will ya?!

Then we all hung out by the fire.

I enjoy some h'orderves.

De De showed me a picture of Santa and I learned that he says "Ho"

Yayay everyone clap for me... I know what Santa says!

After I went to bed everyone sat down to a nice dinner...

I also met the man himself this week!

At first I forgot all about that "Ho Ho" stuff and would not let go of Mommy.....

                               Hum... So this is Santa....

Ok... I am cool with this as long at Mommy is between us.

"Ho Ho Ho!"

Hanging out, Baby Equipment & Sesame Street!

Hi Everyone! I had a mellow week hanging out with Mama...

We took trips to the Library...

They have fun stuff there!

It was warm out so we got to play in the backyard.  I love to point out the "Birrrrr" (Birds) flying around.

I also helped unpack some boxes of my old baby stuff for my sister... I had so much fun playing in the boxes!

I am not so sure I want to give these things to her just yet... I immediately climbed in the cradle when I saw it.

I have also reclaimed the Bumbo seat as my chair to read and watch "Bub!" (Bubble Guppies)

In other news I have started to love the Sesame Street Characters. This is me reading my new favorite book with Mama!

Thanksgiving Weekend!

We started our Thanksgiving weekend by waking up early at De De & Poppy's house to go to the annual turkey trot....

I cheered on from the side lines this year...

Good thing because there are a bunch of fast runners in my family!

After the race we hung out at the award ceremony.

Go Team!

Then we got dressed up and went to Aunt Marybeth's and Uncle Ed's house

I played some football in the backyard.

The whole crew was there! (apparently I was not happy about taking a family photo.)

We all enjoyed a thanksgiving feast!

I "Sat" at the kids table....

The next day we went on a hunt to find a Christmas Tree...

Yup... found it!

Then Mommy and Daddy set it up and surprised me with all the lights!

It is going to be a great holiday season!
