I have had a very eventful week...
First we started our Halloween celebration early with a party at my gym class! I was a monkey because I am such a little climber!
Saturday I got to march in the town Halloween parade with my cousin Kate!
Good thing I got my celebrating in early because the next day a very big storm hit our area...
I am very lucky because my whole family is safe. Poppy is always looking out for us and was prepared with a generator.... so we hunkered down at his house with the "Sandy Dream Team"
Then everything seem to stop for a week...
We stayed inside & I spent a lot of time watching Bubble Guppies (my favorite show)
and finding ways to entertain myself by playing with the cars in the garage.
By Wednesday, Halloween day we were all getting antzy.
So I put on my monkey suit to spice things up while we talked to friends and family making sure everyone was ok.
Unfortunately, the town where our family beach house is got hit pretty hard. While we have not been able to see the damage yet we do know the town is strong and will be able to rebuild.
This is De De and I out for a walk this summer... I know that we will be taking the same walk very soon!
After we got power back in Ramsey, we used the down time to focus on happy things!
I helped start to paint my sisters room...
And clean up the backyard!
I would say we are very very lucky!
